🚨 AVOID SARA CABS AT ALL COSTS – A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE 🚨 We booked a mini-bus from Bangalore to Udupi through Sara Cabs, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. 🚌 Vehicle Condition: • The bus looked flashy from the outside with some lights, but inside it was a nightmare. The seats were uncomfortable, the interior was filthy, and the bus couldn’t go beyond 60 km/h. We were stuck on a 12-hour journey for a 400 km trip. The driver kept turning off the AC on uphill roads to save fuel, yet we were charged the full fare. This is highway robbery, not a service. 👎 Management & Overcharging: • The manager, Rudresh, is a joke. Money-minded and unprofessional. At the end of the trip, he tried to charge us an extra ₹3,000. We paid it, thinking it was a mistake. When I confronted him, he admitted the overcharge and promised a refund. It’s been 10 days, and he’s been feeding me lies about sending the money. Every time I follow up, it’s “10 minutes” or “15 minutes.” It’s clear he has no intention of refunding the money. ⚠️ Final Verdict: • This company is a scam.
